Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Launches Unpause Initiative to Celebrate the International Women’s Day

Ujjivan SFB to organize a walkathon, a special hiring and referral program for women re-entering the workforce

Bangalore, 8 th March 2023: 

This initiative is focused on helping women who have taken a break for any reason and are now ready to re-join the workforce and kickstart the next phase of their lives.

As part of the Unpause Initiative, Ujjivan SFB will be organising an 8-kilometer walkathon from its Koramangala Branch, in which Ujjivan SFB employees will participate.

The bank is also announcing a special hiring drive for women who are planning to restart their careers. The hiring programme will be run across the bank, and women from all walks of life and varied backgrounds are welcome to apply for their next big move.
 

Besides inviting women to join their team, Ujjivan SFB has also introduced a special referral programme in which the current employees of the bank can refer a female candidate for any job opportunities in the bank. This referral programme will run from March 1 to March 31, 2023, and the employees will also get a Rs. 5,000 referral bonus if their referred candidate gets selected.
