1. How can I check my available amount for redemption?
You can view your available amount in the top right corner of the portal. Additionally, you can check the "Current Balance (INR)" tile on the home page.
2. Why am I unable to redeem my earned amount?
You can redeem your points once you have accumulated a minimum balance of INR 1,000.
3. How do I redeem my earned amount?
To redeem your points, go to the "Redeem" section of the portal, where you can choose from a wide range of brand options. You can access this section by selecting "Redeem/Offers" from the left menu. Additionally, you can explore popular brand options by scrolling down on the home page.
4. Where can I find my voucher details after redemption?
Once you redeem a voucher, the details, including the voucher code and PIN, will be displayed as a pop up on screen. You can also access them from the "My Voucher" section under the profile button in the top right corner.
5. How can I check the steps to use a redeemed voucher?
You can find the usage instructions in the "Terms and Conditions" section of the voucher on the redemption page.
6. Do my earned points expire?
Yes, your points will expire two years from the date they are credited to your account
