  • There is no limit for fund transfer within Linked Accounts (Own Accounts)
  • Instant fund transfer limited up to ₹50,000 for the first 24 hours is applicable on adding a new beneficiary
  • Transfer limit within Ujjivan SFB post 24 hours of beneficiary addition

  • Device Binding is the process to register your device as a trusted device for Banking. It registers your device and validates with registered mobile number. This allows access to the Mobile Banking application from a trusted device only and makes your app usage safe and secure.

Steps To Register On Mobile Banking

For Existing Ujjivan SFB Mobile Banking Users

  • The registration process for android users is -
  • Download and open Ujjivan SFB Mobile Banking Application from the Play Store.
  • Enter customer ID, 4-digit MPIN and select the language of your choice.
  • To know the Customer ID, refer to your Passbook, Cheque Book, or Account Statement. Users can also receive Customer ID on their mobiles by sending an SMS “CUST” to 9243232121.
  • A confirmation message will pop up to proceed with the registration. Users have to ensure that the SIM with the registered mobile number is present in the mobile device.
  • Select SIM 1 or SIM 2, which is registered with Ujjivan SFB. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions for registration by clicking the ‘CONFIRM’ button.
  • The CIF ID linked to the registered mobile number will be displayed. Users have to select the required CIF ID to login.
  • Then, enter the MPIN for the selected CIF ID to login.

For New Ujjivan SFB Mobile Banking Users

  • The registration process for android users is -
  • Download and open Ujjivan SFB Mobile Banking Application from the Play Store.
  • Click “New Registration”.
  • Select SIM 1 or SIM 2, which is registered with Ujjivan SFB. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions for registration by clicking the ‘CONFIRM’ button.
  • Enter OTP sent to your Mobile Number registered with Ujjivan SFB.
  • Select Debit Card number, enter Expiry Date and CVV number.
  • Set and confirm the 4-digit MPIN.
  • Users can now login and use the Ujjivan SFB Mobile Banking Application, safely and securely.

Change MPIN

  • To change MPIN, login to the Mobile Banking Application with your current MPIN and click on “Change MPIN” in the “Settings” tab located in the vertical menu.

Forgot MPIN

  • If you forget your MPIN, click “Forgot MPIN” in the pre-login screen of the Mobile Banking Application. Fill the required details; enter the OTP sent to your mobile number registered with the bank and authenticate through your debit card or answer security questions* to reset your MPIN.
  • *NOTE: You can set security answers in the Settings tab.

  • Please keep your mobile banking MPIN confidential. Set an MPIN that is difficult to guess.
  • Do not share your MPIN, OTP (One Time Password) or any confidential information with anyone. Ujjivan Small Finance Bank will never ask for such information.
  • Set a password for your mobile device to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Do not store any confidential information such as MPIN, debit card number, CVV number on your mobile device.
  • It is advisable to keep your mobile application updated.
  • Do not use unsecured Wi-Fi or shared/public networks while accessing the Mobile Banking application.
  • Always log out from your Mobile Banking application after completing any transaction.
