    Bank is located just opposite to hotel Four Points by Sheraton, Whitefield. Had gone for aadhar services, after unsuccessful attempts at multiple other banks and enrolment centres in Whitefield. The staff , esp one Ms.Vani, was super helpful , she promptly helped me get the details updated without much waiting time. After the frustrating sessions at other Aadhar service centres, the promptness and enthusiasm to serve customer at Ujjivan Bank was so very welcoming and helpful. Note: If you are keen for aadhar enrolment, they have a token based service system. The token, limited in numbers, are distributed at 10 sharp. Recommend to be at the bank by 9.30 am.

    The bank employee are very kind ....The bank environment is really good... Getting token is really horrible.One of the security guy (looked old and was short in size) really rude and vulgar.He was shouting like- stand i line properly or-else will not give token.I was standing almost for 2 hrs for getting token...Please do ask him to deal softly with customers as they wake at 5 and stand in line to get token... After getting the token...All went smooth....Really happy to see kind employee inside the bank

    Best bank in India in terms of service, this branch is completely opposite to typical SBI branch, staff is very friendly serving the unserved and underserved segment of society, this bank provides loans to lower middle class and best micro finance institution. Customer who have denied home loan from other bank can approval Ujjivan as they do consider the genuine cases.

Q.What is the procedure to open a Savings Bank Account

To open an account, you need to provide the necessary documents, undergo biometric verification (under paperless/electronic mode of account opening), and sign the Account Opening Form in paper based account opening

Q.Is it possible to open a bank account using only an Aadhaar card?

If customer wishes to open a bank account by providing Aadhaar Card, customer needs to submit an aadhaar card copy (self attested) along with original Aadhaar (which shall be returned back after verification by Bank official) and mandatory submission of copy of PAN (self attested) along with original PAN card ( which shall be returned back after verfication by Bank official) or Form 60 if customer is not holding/ not obtained PAN.

The KYC process allows the acceptance of any Official Valid Documents (OVDs) as proof of identity. Moreover, it is mandatory to provide either a PAN card or Form 60 during the account opening.
