    Aadhar related services are done here. The lady at the counter Ms Rasu is polite. However, she's more than willing to chase customers away by stating 'Server down'. The staff were reasonable too. But the basement parking, even for two wheelers, states 'No parking for customers'. They are literally chasing the customers away even before entering the place. The strata of society which banks with Ujjivan is very clear if you visit this branch. Hence, the rudeness comes quite naturally to them. Also, Ms Rasu mentioned that they have goals to be met with respect to the number of FDs which needs to be opened with aadhar customers. If you have even the slightest amount of self respect, do not open account or FD in this bank. You cannot park in their empty basement, but they want you to open FD / account when you come for aadhar services.

Q.What is the procedure to open a Savings Bank Account

To open an account, you need to provide the necessary documents, undergo biometric verification (under paperless/electronic mode of account opening), and sign the Account Opening Form in paper based account opening

If customer wishes to open a bank account by providing Aadhaar Card, customer needs to submit an aadhaar card copy (self attested) along with original Aadhaar (which shall be returned back after verification by Bank official) and mandatory submission of copy of PAN (self attested) along with original PAN card ( which shall be returned back after verfication by Bank official) or Form 60 if customer is not holding/ not obtained PAN.
